Depth of water can be a tricky target for surveyors, but can provide important information for design engineers and environmental scientists. Through performing a bathymetric survey, clients can learn not only the volume of water flowing in a system, but also the amount of sedimentary storage remaining in water bodies such as ash ponds or quarries.
