Bathymetric Sonar

Four Oaks Geophysics uses a Hydrone HydroLite-TM Echosounder to determine the water depths on your projects. These small systems can be mounted easily to small vessels and therefore, access rivers, creeks, ash ponds and lakes. This system is able to integrate GPS data into the collected data and download the recorded data to an excel spreadsheet for easy data editing. This data can then be provided to the client as is or it can be turned into a contour map showing the recorded water depths. This equipment is accurate to within 1 cm or 0.1% of the depth of the water column.
