Mrs. Mullen has 8 years of managerial expertise of cost analyst, budget planning, and project management. Prior to this experience, she was an environmental scientist managing Department of Transportation (DOT) mitigation projects and providing environmental inspections on DOT construction sites for nine years.

Mr. Mullen has more than 15 years of experience in conducting geophysical investigations throughout the United States. His duties include marketing, client relations, proposal writing, project management, designing and implementing environmental investigations and utility designation studies, data evaluation, report writing, graphics, and coordination/supervision of fieldwork and field personnel. Mr. Mullen is proficient in the use of ground penetrating radar, electromagnetics, time domain electromagnetics, magnetics, resistivity, gravity, seismic, conventional utility location, GPS equipment, and AutoCAD drawing preparation. Mr. Mullen has conducted thousands of geophysical investigations concerned with karst environments, infrastructure, environmental, and construction related projects.
